Chertoff-Gonzales-letter-to-Day (this is so full of crap)
Day looked at the papers held by the Americans and still stands by O’Conners ruling. Yet the American administration still won’t move. It all boils down to the fact that America will not admit to wrong doing, that’s all, that simple, that shameful!
