I used to have a very high intake of HFCS: e.g., I was “addicted” to Arizona Ice Tea, which has an enormous amount, plus all the rest I was getting from other stuff.
However, like many other people (some of whom don’t know it), I actually developed an allergy to HFCS; i.e., I actually have a reaction to it. So, thankfully, my intake is about as minimal as it can possibly be. And I cannot tell you how much healthier I feel not putting that crap in my body!
