Cathy Young is an editor of Reason magazine, and an intermittent columnist for the Boston Globe. She is an independent, and a shrewd polotical analyst who is an outspoken advocate for moderation, with conservative leanings. She openly atates that she has voted Republican more than Democratic over the last several years. So when she attacks the Bush administration and several key Republican leaders for using scare tactics and neo-fascist tactics, it means something very different than when Nancy Pelosi (for example) talks about those tactics…BS
