This is a crazy weird post from Megan Carpentier on Air America’s website .. Sometime during the Bush years Rummy decided that any attack that would potentially kill more than 30 civilians had to be approved by him personally .. so to get around this little annoyance the Pentagon just kept telling (and to this day still tells) reporters that “30 people” died in this or that attack .. as an illustration, guess how many “casualties” there were in the recent Yemen bombing? .. you can’t make this shit up – mab .. read more
