“Accountability is important. In order to fix a problem, someone has to take responsibility for creating it. But apportioning blame is different from an all-out effort to dodge it…Yet that unappealing quality seems to permeate Washington. Especially in the Bush White House, be strong and wrong is the prevailing mindset.” Pass the Prozac, Please…BS
