Diabetes – the Silent Killer Among Us

OK, OK, maybe it’s not politics – but it should be. Jackson quotes some terrifying statistics about the human cost of obesity and type 2 diabetes worldwide, a disease increasingly claiming the poor and ignorant. This is something I see every single hour of every singleworkday in my job, and we all need to be reminded that this is one disease that is winning, and all efforts to stop it or contain it have failed, in part (sob) because Fast Food Tastes Good – and because human behavior is the very hardest thisng to control…BS
