    Walden Bello certainly has a lot to say. One heading, ‘The Failure Of Self-Regulation’ stands out. There you have it. The cause of the Sub-Prime mess.
    We shall see if his gloom is justified. America thinks that it has to pull itself out of the quagmire, when the reality might be that with a cheap dollar the world economy could prove it’s saviour.
