General Nguyen Giap

I am not too sure that the US media will be writing many obits on General Giap, who died yesterday, so I am posting this one. We baby boomers and our parents will remember him vividly as the architect of first the defeat of the French in Vietnam in 1955 and later of the US in 1975. A major historical figure of the 20th Century, whether you admired him or not.
