“…Thirty thousand additional U.S. troops would arrive in Afghanistan by summer, and NATO would be asked to send at least 5,000 forces. A full review would occur in December 2010 to determine where, and at what pace, the strategy was working. In July 2011, troops would begin to return home, although no timeline would be set for full withdrawal. Obama then went around the room asking one question: Do you support the strategy?…”…BS
