Planning for the next natural disaster

As people around the world struggle to provide assistance to the victims of the cyclone in Burma and the earthquake in China, one thing is certain: there will be other natural disasters that will result in the deaths of thousands of people. We don’t know where or when, but it will happen. And we have to ask ourselves today: can’t we do a better job of responding?….”…BS
