    The article says that the most sensitive info contained in the passports would be the social security numbers which could lead investigators into more personal areas. It doesn’t go on to say what areas exactly, but under the circumstances, surely a change in all three social security numbers is in order, and a blanket over acess via the old ones.
    Deal with it in a specific sense as well as establishing the who and why, and making sure it can’t happen again..

    According to this article, the social security numbers seem to be the most sensitive information contained in these passports, so issue new ones to these three people, and blanket access to information via the old ones.
    Don’t just look into the ‘who and why’ and make sure it cannot happen again, but fix the specific leak of personal information.
