I hate to sound like a cracked record, endlessly repeating itself, but how can Hammas be recognised when it’s goal is not simply the independence od Palastine, but the total destruction of Israel?
At least Hammas and Fata have not been having gun battles in the past few weeks. Don’t talk to me about ‘democracy’ in a place where the two main political parties try to blow each other away.
Let Hammas recognise Israel. without that, they have no one to talk to, as sorry a state of affairs as that is for the residents of Gaza.
