    No Ian, it’s not ‘better than nothing’, if it is being done for monetary reasons, it is better than anything else. It means that it is economically viable.
    I do think that some more definitive research is needed into the wild life implications. There could be some very easy ways of keeping birds and bats away from the blades (sonic, perhaps)and any other environmental issues need to be looked at.
    Lets be glad that the money is right, which is even more reason to do it right.
