    It would be interesting to have some figures relating to say, alcohol abuse since it was legalised.
    I am wondering whether we as a species are showing signs of being more able to deal with alcohol as the generations pass.
    This would of course increase the arguments for there being some kind of liscensed sale of various drugs, thereby driving the drug gangs out of business and bringing more control to the make-up of the substances themselves.
    It is a tough issue to get a handle on because of a lack of information on the trend of usage of legalised drugs, but I have to agree that the existing effort to stamp out the illegal drug cartels is doomed to failure.
