He was a man I never met.
His was a name I never knew.
Then I read the "Broadway World" article about his pioneering efforts in the
creation of the "Off-Off-Broadway" theater movement that has had a profound
effect on my life.

The world has lost a great light.
Rest in peace, George E. Harris.
