As much as I hate 1) participating in political discussions, 2) 
participating in off-topic discussions (say what you will, and although 
I respect other people's opinions, this isn't Hair), and 3) killing, I 
must say:

Isn't treason a crime punishable by death?

Any volunteers to throw the switch?

Then again, the Statue of Liberty could technically be considered part 
of France...
