[Mb-hair] Russian HAiR tickets

Dear Michael,

Thank you for your offer to register our 5 names for discount tickets to today's Russian HAiR production at the Pacific Design Center.

Due to my own screw-ups, which were compounded by my computer having a massive failure and having to be replaced, I have been unable to get tickets and I am concerned that the house might sell out.

Specifically:
1) Nicole Goesseringer, the contact person listed at (310) 822-4775, told me that the website was probably not set up to accept the "Michael Butler" discount, so that I must place my order by telephone.

2) When I called (323) 874-8216, the gentleman there said that they do not take any phone orders, and strohngly suggested that I just buy the tickets at the door.  He ttold me that I  could come by his office and get the discount by purchasing tickets in person.  Unfortunately his office closes at 5:00PM, and I could not make it in time.

I still do not know what I am doing wrong.

If it is ok with you, I would appreciate reservations being made in the following six names, and hope to see you there:

Please excuse my making this request on the list rather than by direct e-mail to you, but your e-mail address (along with all my HAiR-related information) is still on the hard drive of my dead computer.  I expect that it will be several days before I can effect recovery and transfer to my new computer.
