Actually I do remember the 60's.. I am sure not as vividly as you or others born earlier than I but the cool thing is.. I only remember the good stuff from the sixtys..I remember the hair, the colors, the clothing, the peace signs.. the free love.. the burning of the bras.. and the black panthers.. in 68 I was only 6 but I rember all of those things and more.. The thing I didn't remember or should I say was kept away from.. was the war. I learned about that in school and years later on television. I can remember going to kindergarden and we all had to stand up and say what we were going to be when we grew up.. most kids wanted to be fireman and policeman.. when it came my turn.. I stood up and said.. I want to be a hippy! I think the teacher was shocked.. but my hair kept growing. I can remember my grandfather taking me to get a haircut and I would scream.. A sign hung on the wall of the barber of a guy with an afro and the words.. Get a haircut buddy! I used to be called a g
 irl...
but it was all good to me.. I liked my hair long. I am the oldest of four but I had older cousins and through them I learned and saw many things that I can remember vividly.. January 1970 I was a little over 7. But I can remember soo much from those days.. Ask me about last year, last month.. last week.. and I couldn't remember as much. So to answer your question.. Yes I do remember the 60s.
