[Mb-hair] Echoes of an amazing evening

The stars certainly aligned here in Asheville.
We had our most amazing performance on Saturday night.
and let's just say that there were roosters crowing when we went to bed. :)

*But this is really cool:

~ Throughout the process, when people asked me why we had such a short run,
I would always reply (after the practical, "because we couldn't get the
theatre longer"), that it was like a Tibetan Sand Painting...Something that
is made painstakingly, and is amazingly beautiful, and then swept away after
a moment.
Well, guess what! it turns out that the last three days there were three
Tibetan monks in Asheville doing a sand painting and they had their closing
ceremony today at 2pm. HOLY COW- can you believe the synchronicity???? So a
lot of the cast were able to come out and see this beautiful sand painting
swept away into an urn, then we all went down to the river's edge and
watched the monks pour the sand back into the river, to re-enrich our
eco-system and return the beauty to nature. it was amazing.

after I take a long nap, I'll give you all the incredible wrap up of our
show. I really can't tell you how much it has meant to be on this list.
Thank you so very much.
Peace and love!!!!
Katie
