[Mb-hair] Missing HAIR Site

Right - two David, both Hair connected. David Shaw is (was) the Jabberwocky 
Hair List, David James is (was) HairTribe.net web site. Both are no longer 
online, the main difference being that David James donated his site content 
to the Archives when he closed it down, David Shaw sadly did not.
