Hey Guys

You know when it comes to water I drink approx. 1 gallon a day ,the reason I
know this is because & buy it by the gallon & sometimes I have just a touch
left or I finish it & have to take some from the next gallon. But I also
love my beer, I do not drink everyday, but every couple of weeks or so I go
out & dance & hootenanny. It is a myth that anyone would gain weight in a 26
mile marathon. I smoke pot everyday 5 hits four times a day is my dose.
(approx. two joints.) I really don't consider myself on a heath kick becaue
we can all get hit by a truck. :)

Love forever
Robin

>> How many times have your heard "drink eight to ten

>> Today, Americans consume more coffee and soft drinks

>> alcohol, are diuretics and dehydrate the body.
>>
>> All the moisturizer in the world will not restore a

>> Inadequate fluid intake and excess water loss can

>>

>> Other conditions that often respond to increased water

>>

>>
