[Mb-hair] Digest form of list?

Ok I'm still not sure how to switch to the digest form. I tried to subscribe 
to the list in digest form but I got an email saying I couldn't because i was 
already subscribed. Do I have to unsubscribe and then resubscribe in digest 
form?
