Well, thanks, Dagmar.  And thanks for declaring this "the final word"!  The mileage we were getting out of this subject line was indeed getting a bit tiresome -- almost making me feel evil enough to repost the helpful-tips-on-using-Bounce thing in its entirety -- you know, for those who might have missed the joy of it the first go 'round.

But, yeah, the "final" word, in its coming, is a relief.  And I think I'm not crabby at the moment!

And this native (small "N") American takes his spelling serious too (all typos aside).  When I said "speak my peace," my spelling was intentional -- P-E-A-C-E.  But don't worry, I sometimes get confused by my long missives, too.  "Doctor Verbose" I have been called.

Yes, I saw the Javelina pics.  Thanks.  And this new one with the cat cubs in the birdbath is too cute.  You've some wonderful back yard!

(us foreigners, we take our spellings seriously!)

You're right, often something is  written in a different 'tone of voice'
than it is read. 
It can get very complicated.
 Anyway, water beneath the bridge. You've long been forgiven. 
All is well, we are still  ALL ONE - tribe! 

Did you see the javelina picture? 
I did send it to the list, only needed an ever so slight little prodding.

Yes, Dear Dagmar, I did notice (after I'd already sent mine in) your
friendlier response 
to the posting to the HAIR list that list of tips on using fabric softner
for this and that.  
And, yeah, it did make me a bit self-conscious about my reply. 
Good-natured ribbing 
(as we oughta be able to do, sorta sibling to sibling in this Tribal
family) tends not to 
be perceived as such when written in this format.

And, yeah, sure, I'll lighten up.  But, come on.  There WAS a valid point
to the point I 
made.  Or, on second thought, I guess not, if I'm the only one who believes
it.  The 
majority rules in Tribe.  But every Tribe member ought to be able to speak
his peace.  
And that's all I did.  I spoke my peace.  

And spam disturbs my peace.

But on the HAIR list, I will stomach it as long as I can, recognizing the
valid point that it 
at least makes SOMEBODY happy.

And, Jeepers Creepers, Dagmar, ANY photo of any thing that you that you've
taken 
would be HAIR related because YOU took it, and, well, you ARE HAIR!  So,
you can't 
not send the photo of Javelina in the birdbath, under the premiss it's not
HAIR-related, 
because, if it's related to you, it's HAIR-related.

So, now, it's like you're going to punish me by not posting the shot to the
List, but you'll 
mail it individually to everybody else on the list but me! (am I sounding
paranoid 
enough?  Look, this symbol : ) is supposed to mean I'm kidding, okay?

Alright, alright, alright.  I'm sorry.  I'm sorry.  I wish to apologize to
Gerald, and to 
Michael, and to the rest of the Tribe, and definitely to you, dear Dagmar,
