You are too too special to ever be mad at, this list is for all HAiRy things and especially you must speak your mind with all the good you do for the vets and all.... As Michael says he (I as well) know where your head is....

Yes, Dear Dagmar, I did notice (after I'd already sent mine in) your friendlier response to the posting to the HAIR list that list of tips on using fabric softner for this and that. And, yeah, it did make me a bit self-conscious about my reply. Good-natured ribbing (as we oughta be able to do, sorta sibling to sibling in this Tribal family) tends not to be perceived as such when written in this format.

And, yeah, sure, I'll lighten up. But, come on. There WAS a valid point to the point I made. Or, on second thought, I guess not, if I'm the only one who believes it. The majority rules in Tribe. But every Tribe member ought to be able to speak his peace. And that's all I did. I spoke my peace.

And spam disturbs my peace.

But on the HAIR list, I will stomach it as long as I can, recognizing the valid point that it at least makes SOMEBODY happy.

And, Jeepers Creepers, Dagmar, ANY photo of any thing that you that you've taken would be HAIR related because YOU took it, and, well, you ARE HAIR! So, you can't not send the photo of Javelina in the birdbath, under the premiss it's not HAIR-related, because, if it's related to you, it's HAIR-related.

So, now, it's like you're going to punish me by not posting the shot to the List, but you'll mail it individually to everybody else on the list but me! (am I sounding paranoid enough? Look, this symbol : ) is supposed to mean I'm kidding, okay?

Alright, alright, alright. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I wish to apologize to Gerald, and to Michael, and to the rest of the Tribe, and definitely to you, dear Dagmar, for my getting all bitchy and all. It's all Leo's fault. : ) No, just me -- had a bad-HAIR day.

Will you forgive me?

That crabby ol' Injun,
Tioga Joe

Good Sunday morning, Michael,

We should not be limited to political and purely HAIR reltaed topics here
Are we not all multi-facetted people?
With many interests - and a "love and devotion" to HAIR?

I have sent photos I wanted to share, and probably some responses and ideas
not
entirely "hairy" - so what?
I like to hear about personal stuff going on in our tribes, it brings us
all closer.

not every message interests me, of course, so I skip across it.

Lighten up, Tioga Joe. As you saw from my response ot Gerald,
I didn't agree with all that was suggested in his message,
but I would not tell him NOT to send something he finds interesting.

I would have attached a photo I took yesterday of a young Javelina
sitting in our birdbath
(a much too small bathtub for it!) -
but maybe I'll just send it to a few people directly.

(Nina: it's coming!)

Our temps have been above 100F, so animal behaviour gets modified.
Maybe it's the summer heat that makes some of us more irritable than we
usually are

Love and peace

 Dagmar

Sorry to be so long in responding. I am responsible for sending Gerald's
stuff.
There has been so little Hair centric activity since the days of Pentacle
and WMH I wonder if it is worth the cost?
Most political stuff now goes to Civic. It was started in response to Shaw's
flame out. Occasionally I do post something about our political scene.
I am sorry but I got into Hair because of politics in a time when it was
child's play compared to today.
So let us hope we again see some theatrical use of this list.
Michael
