Seems like somewhere I have this info.... I think it is from NYAlternative News from NYC site I got it from. It was over a year or so I will see if I can find it..... If not, perhaps I can find their site and ask someone from their paper or news site. 

Also a friend I had corresponded with in Cuba sent me some of almost the exact same poses, but she has not been on line lately, I have a couple of other sources there though I will check with them as well.
