Op-Ed Columnist: Where's the Newt?
By JOHN TIERNEY
Karl Rove's version of events now looks less like a smear and more like the
truth.

CheeseComment:

What a horrible little man.

If we had had him on the 911 Investigation Committee we would have gotten
nowhere with that much sooner than we did.

If it was World War II and he was living in Germany writing a column, one
would imagine that "Rove" would have read something like "Goebels", and
"Wilson" would have read something like "That dirty stinking lying piece of
Jew scum".

But since it's America and 2005, nobody seems to notice the similarities.

Things like that could never happen here. Not now. We're too civilized,
educated, and moral.

If this Republican shill named Tierney got any friendlier with Rove & Gang,
one would imagine he would easily be able to find the "Newt" by bobbing for
it up Rove's butt for the last half century.

I see all the other much more indepth reports coming out here on this List
from people who are now connecting all the dots, and then this guy actually
comes out with a "Hey, Rove is the best person I have ever met, Wilson just
doesn't like him, Wilson doesn't like anyone, leave poor innocent adorable
Rove alone" kind of schlock...?

They *really* let him write for The New York Times...?

I *really* get to sit here at the bottom and read his bullshit while he gets
paid the big bucks for writing it...?

I always wondered what "F U CN RD THS U 2 CN B N ASHOL" meant when the Times
returned my Columnist application with a sample piece of one of their
columnists attached.

I can be an *sshole without having to pull down my pants for everyone and
show them my butt like some columnists I won't mention.

Funny, he didn't bring up the Neo-cons, Israeli spies in the Pentagon,
Rove's humorless horror of a career of disinformation and destruction of
opponents for political purposes, the 100,000 dead Iraqi Civilians, the
thousands of wounded and dead American G.I.s, not even The Iraq War once,
which Rove surely helped to smooth into creation on a pack of lies, our out
of control military led by a psychotic named Rumsfeld, the blood-drenched
reincarnation of Machiavelli named Cheney, nor any of the other Pure BS
which hopefully someday this entire Administration will apparently stand
trial in an American court.

Making one of the most ruthless, vicious, nasty chickenshit assholes that
has ever entered into the American political field sound like an innocent
lamb at the feet of children was much more important than "connecting the
dots" in reality and producing something long forgotten now at The Top
called The Truth.

If I didn't know any better, I would some day in the near future, expect to
see Rove at a window in the White House waving his hand like the Queen at
"all the dirty stinking Jew scum" far far, far below.

Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice and Bush will surely be behind one of the curtains in
the room laughing their asses off as he does it.

But to people like Tierney, such inconsequential small matters too will be
completely irrelevant.

The one thing I love about America today is that you can just about always
be sure that no matter who is talking, you're going to get screwed, if you
haven't been already.

Laugh all you want, but this is still the closest thing to Nazism In America
that I have seen in a long time, and to watch actual Columnists supporting
it in major publications like The NYTimes, remains nothing short of the
actual kind of Propaganda that they used to propel themselves to the halls
of Power.

But seriously, you're in America, it could never happen here, go back to
watching cartoons, everything will be just fine.

You will always have The American Press to protect you and Democracy.

The day will never come when they fail you.

Honest....................................................................

No, really, go back to sleep, people like Tierney are saving the world.

People like the NYTimes are helping him do it.

Everything's fine. Trust us. After all, there's nobody left to trust but
us.

That should make you and your children sleep well each night in the land of
candy mountains.
