Point made Richard, the French, German and British colonists/empires have been there before the Americans, but all except the Germans were part of the Paris 1919 accord.

To be honest these incursions into the middle east started a long time ago with the various invasions, whether Greek, Roman, Persian, Barbarian, Mongolian, Goths, Visi Goths, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc.. Crusades, Byzantine, Austro-Hungarian, Turkish  etc...Israeli and now the Neo Con Americans.

My concern is with the current world behaviour in how they treat, interact with each other. 
Work is good, working with each other is very good, prosperity and wealth is good. 
Greed and abuse of power is not good, imposing on another is not good.
