  Now that Delegate Algie Howell has grandstanded for his constituents and the media was silly enough to bite what does he plan next?  Hopefully a ban on what I consider even more serious problem that is obscene, the infamous plumbers' crack.  And I always thought Algie was something that grew in a fetid pool of water. Then again, considering his legislation.... Oh, wait, that's algae. Maybe Algie is just a lower form of algae. 

  Personally I think a bill should be passed that allows any passerby to give anyone who displays his or her underpants a wedgie.  A far more effective measure, I do believe.
