[Mb-civic] Canada seeks $4 Billion in soft wood lumber ruling

Whether this will happen or not, Canada again has won again the Soft Wood lumber issue and is now seeking $4.1 Billion back!

This will not make their US opponents happy. This issue has gone on for years and each time Canada won the ruling, time to pay up!
