Republicans (and their supporters, like Pat Robertson) are quick to claim "God's wrath" when disasters befall Democrats, or anything in "blue" states.

Would I then be within my right to say that Hurricane Katrina is the "wrath of God" against obnoxious, self-righteous Republicans like Governor Haley Barbour of Mississippi (former chair of the Republican National Committee, among other atrocities), Governor Kathleen Blanco of Louisiana, U.S. Senators David Vitter (R) and Mary Landrieu ((D), but fully supporting Roberts' nomination to the Supreme Court) of Louisiana, and U.S. Senators Thad Cochran (R) and the highly beloved Trent Lott (R) of Mississippi?

A pox (or maybe just some toxic sludge from the New Orleans area) on all their houses...LOL
