We don't disagree, actually. Of course he is being used by smarter psycopaths. There is no conceivable way that someone of his manifest (in)ablity could have reached where he has without a massive leg-up and massive, continuing back-up. These guys have much in common with those, who ran the 3rd Reich - obviously not the anti-semitism!
