Speaking of Cheney, is this the first administration that has been run by a CEO / Vice President, supported and executed by a Sr VP (Rumsfeld),   managed by COO (Rove) administered by legal (Rice), CIO (Pentagon inner circle of Rep. Christen Right ) and Chaired by the President's father ?
