Harold et al:

I have been following "independent" organizations like this - "promoting democracy" - for years, even decades.  This is just another "independent" (read "no oversight or accountability") group like the Club of Rome, the Bilderberg Group, the Royal Institute of International Affairs (the most secretive of them all), and even the Trilateral Commission (very much alive, very much influential) that seek to "promote democracy" (read "maintain the status quo - or only change it minimally, so as to maintain or increase our own power, position, prestige and wealth").

One does not need to be a conspiracy theorist to see through groups like this.  Don't believe their PR for a moment...
