Besides the fact that over "6000 civilians" have been wasted/killed in Fallujah in November and their bodies are still lying around decaying, the Americans still think that they are doing a good thing. They pay $2,500 to a family for innocents killed. "here is some money, no problem, sorry" see ya later. Any way, the rebels are still there/back !
